Overview

Hexarelin (also known as Examorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) developed by scientists at Mediolanum Farmaceutici/Europeptides (including Romano Deghenghi) as a modification of GHRP-6, and is among the most potent GH-releasing GHRPs studied to date. It stimulates pulsatile pituitary GH secretion by binding the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a), and separately produces a partially GH-independent cardioprotective effect through a distinct binding site on the CD36 scavenger receptor expressed in cardiac and peripheral tissue (demonstrated in ischemia-reperfusion… Vialdyne releases Hexarelin Acetate as a lyophilized peptide against a ≥99.0% HPLC main-peak specification, supplied with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis covering RP-HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, appearance, and water content.
