Before you submit
Frequently asked questions about getting a quote.
How fast will I get a quote after submitting this form?
Vialdyne targets a first reply within 12 hours during the working week. Each inquiry is reviewed by a regulatory team member before pricing, we don't auto-quote, because pricing depends on quantity, regulatory fit, and lead time. Expect a real person, not a templated response.
What does the first reply typically include?
Unit price at your requested quantity, MOQ, lead time, the analytical packet that ships with the order (HPLC chromatogram, mass-spec verification, batch-specific COA), shipping options (DDP / DAP / EXW), and any regulatory notes specific to your destination market.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by SKU and depends on whether the product is held in inventory or made-to-order. Catalog research peptides typically start at 100 vials; custom-synthesized peptides start at 10 grams of bulk material. Established commercial buyers can negotiate lower MOQs against forecasted recurring orders.
Will my inquiry be kept confidential?
Yes. Sequence details, target indications, and ordering volumes are treated as confidential by default. If you need a mutual NDA before disclosing a custom sequence, request it in the message field, we countersign within one business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to compounding pharmacies, biotech and pharma R&D labs, med-aesthetic brands, and distributors across the US, EU, MENA, LATAM, and APAC. DDP shipping (where the destination customs clearance is handled by us) is available on request for most jurisdictions.
Can I order under my own private label (OEM)?
Yes. We routinely run private-label and OEM production for med-aesthetic brands and downstream pharmacies, vials, secondary packaging, inserts, and IFUs can all be customized. The /oem page describes the workflow in detail.
